Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a background in labels to join an industry leader where you will spearhead further company growth in a varied, autonomous role working alongside the sales team to strategies partnerships and business improvements.
The company innovate, design and manufacture within the labelling and print industry. Operating across the UK, Europe of beyond they look to maximise their marketplace across Europe and continue to build relationships across the world’s best known brands. They require a competent Director to assist with this sustained business growth.
This position will encompass identifying new opportunities, developing these strategic partnerships while understanding the customer’s problems and innovating these solutions. You will develop market development plans and at commercial agreement the sale will be passed to the appropriate agent to manage.
The ideal candidate will come from a background in paper and packaging with a strong customer base in labels. A track record in delivering business growth is required. An understanding of the technical aspect of labels and knowledge of the key players in the supply chain.
All in all, a fantastic chance to join a market leader where you will progress to Company Director in the next two years while implementing your technical skillset in a varied, interesting role managing a range of international customers.
