SENIOR CREDIT RISK ANALYST/UNDERWRITER
A rapidly growing Fintech, with multiple hubs across Europe, is seeking a Senior Credit Risk
Underwriter to join their risk team in Düsseldorf or Munich. Using your analytical and statistical skills
you will assess the prospective clients of the business, provide a qualitative evaluation of credit
decisions and play a key role in integrating their brand into the German market. This is an incredible
opportunity to expand your career in Credit Risk and build your own team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse important credit processes regarding currency trading processes and trade finance
• Take ownership of the Underwriting function and build your own team
• Be the main driver in developing and improving underwriting processes
• Use your knowledge of the German market to establish Fintech on to a local platform
• Engage in the development of internal models

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or equivalent in a business, finance or economic field
• 5-10 years’ experience working in a Credit Risk SME environment
• Strong background in credit underwriting/analysis
• English and German speaking
