One of our partners, a leading business within the global payments eco-system, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in the Southern Germany region. From eCommerce to mobile wallets, POS card acceptance to omni-channel payment solutions, this company helps businesses, small and large, accept all payment types – and reap the benefits to enable further business growth.
The business’ flexible, secure and innovative payment solutions help businesses attract and keep customers, develop partner relationships, process payments and simplify operations. Our client is a leading-payments acquirer and offers state-of-the-art technology to its customers.
Due to over €80 million worth of investment in their European arm, we’re looking for a sales superstar to join the team, and work autonomously to grow their business in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.
The role
Win and sign new customers and sell omni-channel payment products across the verticals of retail, e-commerce, hospitality, gastronomy, travel and mobilityAchieve your goals through targeted planning and development of your sales area
You build up a strong sales network
Independently implement the company’s sales strategy
Convert leads (both inbound and outbound) into commercial success; be able to build strong relationships and successfully network
Explore new opportunities and chase them
Connect with other divisions within the business such as Sales / Partner Management in order to enable better regional coverage
Be comfortable in closing complex international deals
Analyse the needs of your customers and create an end-to-end strategy from prospecting through to the contract negotiation and final integration
You benefit modern CRM reporting tools
You
Have at least 2-3 years’ B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, hotel, e-commerce, telecommunications, or similar industriesYou have very good rhetorical skills, as well as negotiation skills, contact strength and a professional appearance.
Can work to goals and be a self-starter
Are determined and confident, a self-believer!
Are ambitious and want to progress both personally and professionally
Can speak German and English fluently
You have a high willingness to travel as well as a driving license class B.
