You Will

:

• support the team in the development of marketing strategies and communication plans for fobs cmm and cmm loading, by gathering and processing data into swot analyses to identify risks and opportunities that can be translated into marketing strategies and interventions to drive strategic focus on the business * lead in collaboration with the product managers, the crafting and development of the concepts for each product launch and commercial activity, including collecting customer-based insights, benefit and usp (unique selling points) selection and reasons to buy * design full 360-degree marketing toolboxes, including printed communication, videos, content for digital channels, email campaigns, print and outdoor advertising, among others, to support all product launches and commercial activities * lead marketing intelligence for fobs cmm & cmm loading, including developing analysis with tracking and documenting competitor's activities, and issue recommendations for the marketing and communication plans to put zeiss ahead of competitors you have:
• a university degree in business and/or engineering with focus on marketing or equivalent degree or equivalent practical experience * minimum 2-year experience in commercial role (sales or marketing) and knowledge about marketing processes and best practices * strong leadership and ownership, envisioning abilities, high cross-functional collaboration and good teamplayer * strong operational discipline and problem-solving creativity * great communication skills in english in a spacious modern setting full of opportunities for further development, zeiss employees work in a place where expert knowledge and team spirit reign supreme. all of this is supported by a special ownership structure and the long-term goal of the carl zeiss foundation:
