For my client – a biotechnological company in the area of Munich – I am searching a Program and/or Project Manager in in the area of biological and/or drug development.

 

Program / Project Manager Biotech (m/w/n)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 
 
  • Implement project management techniques to plan and manage the strategic and operational tasks within project team in order to ensure plans are executed per the program strategy
  • Support the Business Team Head and Program Leader, Business Team, and/or functional representative(s) in keeping assigned project(s) on track, in scope and in budget
Closelyworkwithandsupport Business Team HeadandProgram Leader in theclinical,
Establish clear ownership for project tasks, and track progress to make certain deadlines are met
Identify and communicate critical processes or issues within project(s) and develop solution strategies together with Business Team, Program Leader and/or functional representative(s)

  • Support the clinical development activities as needed in starting new clinical trials (all phases I-IV, local or global), conducting ongoing trials and analyzing the results from trials in close alignment with the clinical trial teams
  • Support the associated regulatory activities for new or ongoing clinical trials including the generation of briefing books for health authorities, and organizing health authority meetings in close alignment with the regulatory teams
  • Develop and implement project management tools

Your Skill set:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead, to give guidance, and to motivate and develop project team members
  • Ability to integrate people and opinions, to derive consolidated plans and to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to translate a strategic vision into a project plan with associated activities and timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills including knowledge of project management tools

Start: to earliest possible date 
Location: Munich
Limited to 12 month (Permanent or freelance) with a option for a permanent position afterwards
