RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our department Accounts Receivable - Team Invoicing you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers and will support us in providing a high-quality invoicing management.

• You will support new customers to set up an invoicing system.
• In addition, you are responsible for daily activities such as Customer Bonus, Ident Commission and Royalty Processes.
• You will create Accounts Receivable Invoicing related ad hoc reportings for local finance departments and partner management.
• The maintenance of our system is also one of your tasks. These include, for example, data maintenance, the correction of scheme orders, the retriggering of failed outputs or the resending of missing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

ul>
completed formal vocational training program in business or comparable degree or certification
initial professional experience in accounts receivable
knowledge and working skills with SAP R/3 and MS Office
fluent English skills, German will be a plus
customer-oriented way of working, a factor that allows you to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
