Job Description Description In our analytical laboratory in P&G Gross-Gerau site we qualify and release raw materials, intermediates and finished products for our Oral Care and Pharma products. Our test method and instruments comprise all standard analytical tests e. G. GC, HPLC, ICP, Titration. Our challenge at present is to react flexible on varying requests and efforts based on production planning and output as we move to

"produce to demand"
. A planning tool will help us to develop an effort calculation and all required regencies and materials for our laboratory. With that we will be equipped with a transparent tool for forecast and weekly/monthly calculation of all required resources. As a result we will get an accurate capacity/demand ratio, which ideally is always above 1. Preferred is to develop the planning tool based on standard available programs and interfaces. A survey of available programs

can also be considered. Requirements / Skills / Experiences:
Completed bachelor's degree and current master studies with both chemical or scientific background as well as economic or IT related contents Enthusiasm for handling/planning workflows in a production/QC-testing environment Development and independent and critical evaluation of different solutions for a predefined task High problem solving ability First experience of processes and workflows in industrial, chemical laboratories is desired Experiences in working with SAP will be helpful, but are not prerequisite Qualifications Bachelor degree in scientific or economic studies We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
