Digital Marketing Manager

Full time - Köln or remote,

We are looking to add a Demand Generation / CRM Specialist to our international team! It will be your responsibility to steer our inbound marketing and work closely with the Sales team. In your professional career you have found your passion for B2B marketing and analytics? You get excited about the terms MQL and SQL and have a strong analytical mindset? Do you enjoy creating and managing your own projects and at the same time performing these hands-on? Are you fluent in English and would feel comfortable cooperating in a multicultural environment? Your Responsibilities

Demand generation and driving acquisition strategy, identifying the channels and activities needed to deliver against agreed targets (MQLs)
Manage the CRM (Hubspot) from a marketing point of view and setup the measurement framework to drive towards these targets
Partner with sales team to ensure efficient lead passing and optimize lead quality
Make recommendations to optimise the customer journey

Your Skills And Experience

BA/BS degree in business, technical or other field
3+ years experience in inbound marketing, preferably SaaS
Experienced with B2B customers across all paid and unpaid growth channels (including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising)
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and funnel optimisation
Knowledge of marketing automation software, preferably Hubspot
Proactive nature
Strong analytical mind, data-savvy thinking is a must
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
