Qualifications

Required:
BA/BS in Engineering (chemical, industrial, mechanical) or related (Chemistry, Materials Science)
Experience 3–5 Years in Process Engineering or Application Engineering roles
Demonstrated direct customer interface experience in technical role (product development, technical service, engineering support, etc.)
Successful track record of supporting coatings, adhesives, sealants or related products into the Li Ion battery industry or electronics industry
Successful track record of team participation in a role supporting new product design/development and commercialization
Demonstrated success working in multi-functional team environment
Demonstrated analytical , oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office package

Preferred:
10 years+ total experience in chemical products or automotive industries
Experience working in chemical products sector doing field qualification and application engineering
International experience
Experienced traveler
Authored external presentations, papers, other
Participation in industry collaborative groups/consortia
