As an Onsite IT Support your responsibilities will include resolving, logging, closing and recording incidents and service requests. You will be also involved in the installation of PCs and phones.

The ideal Junior Onsite IT Support will have the following skills and experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft server operating system, File server, Backup, Anti-virus
• SCCM experience is an advantage but not essential
• Fluent English & at least B2 German language skills are essential
