ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting as Supervisor for MSPJF cost planning management department
- Perform planning functions, prepare and review forecast based from MSS.
- Manage spending for maintenance spare parts, jigs & fixture and submit forecast.
- Establish and maintain a quality system to ensure the requirement, consumption, and spending will be achieved based from forecast.
- Support proposals and monitors project's progress to ensure it's following the schedule.
- Generate weekly, monthly report based from KPI targets and results.
- Ensures dynamic interface with operation, finance, engineering and support groups.
- Institutes cost savings programs.
- Generate and edit working instruction
REQUIRED:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- With 3-5years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- With knowledge and experience in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point), Oracle
- Female
- Team player, excellent in written and verbal communication
- With knowledge and experience in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point)
