We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Program Manager for an insurance business based in Munich. They are currently in the middle of a Salesforce Program, with scope across Europe, and are looking for someone to take over leadership of this project. Traditionally, this project has been lead by the Head of IT, however, it has been decided that this responsibility should be separated and turned into a dedicated function.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the Salesforce function.
- Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Skills and experience needed:
- Salesforce Program Management experience across a number of projects; leading teams, guiding projects to delivery, with a proven track record of success
- Expert level knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Project and Program Management experience, leading complex and international projects.
