Your Responsibilities

:

your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• leading, inspiring, and developing an international team of experienced safety experts. - ensuring the core safety information of all sandoz products is kept up-to-date with latest scientific knowledge. - define and implement strategies to improve consistency of product labels across countries, products, and companies. - represent the area of core safety information updates internally and externally. - ensuring effective collaboration with other internal teams, in particular regulatory affairs and technical operations. - ensuring the processes and tools used are maintained to support highest levels of performance, quality, and compliance. - effectively collaborate with 3rd party service providers for label updates, using resources efficiently to achieve the performance, quality, and compliance targets.. - compiles the combined metrics report and pre-actively initiates and oversee actions resulting from these reports, or from other sources of information. minimum requirements what you'll bring to the role:
• health-care professional with many years of experience in patient safety, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, or similar functions. - mature leader with strong inter-personal skills. - experience in an international major pharmaceutical company. - experience in managing and responding to audits / inspections. - fluent in english. desirable requirements:
• project management experience. - people management experience. you'll receive:
