Responsibilities Creating, designing, developing, testing, debugging, implementing, integrating, customizing and enhancing existing or new RPA (Robotic Process Automation) systems. * Work closely with process experts and client resources to analyze business processes and design automation processes. * As part of a team, investigate, analyze and set up up automated processes to maximize efficiency using RPA technologies and tools, * Design and develop test automation workflows, * Deploy RPA components such as bots, robot, development tools, * Create related process documentation, * Support QA processes, * Lead projects when needed and build strong working understanding of the solution being delivered, * Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of more complex problems, * Design, develop, and test experimental application work to test new ideas with bounded cost and time frames, * Ensure that applications processes are conducted in line with corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental, and technical policies and applicable standards and legislation, * Act as liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and contractors on matters relating to computer systems as required, * Define metrics and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for systems being developed. Requirements * 3+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development, * Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e. G. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), * Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes, * Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
