Join the team in our European headquarter in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart as Global Industrial Engineer (m|w|d) We are responsible for the acquisition and launch management of production equipment for new projects in Europe. We are supporting series production and we are planning the production strategy for the automotive business. What you can be looking for at NIDEC:

• You support the preparation of manufacturing concepts and first cost calculations for electric motors already in the acquisition phase of projects together with sales and R & D. * You elaborate the concept, plan, source, and support the launch of production or assembly equipment including logistics processes and production layouts for existing and new production areas * The realization of projects in compliance with time schedules, costs, budget, quality, and customer requirements is your daily business. * You constantly optimize production processes and production equipment considering costs, ergonomics, environment, and quality

How You Could Excite us

:

• you have a master degree in engineering, e. g. production engineering or manufacturing engineering as well as several years of professional experience * your knowledge of assembly technology or production technology (e. g. stamping, injection moulding, etc. ) is up to date. * you apply the principles of lean manufacturing, material-flow planning, ergonomics as well as quality methods and mtm knowledge in your daily work. * you are willing to travel internationally and work within international teams. * you are familiar to communicate in english;
