We are looking for a
Working Student (m/f/d) –
Sales
Administration
at our locaction in Eching near Munich starting as soon as possible for a minimum of 5 months .
 

What you'll do

As a working student (m/f/d) in our Sales Administration department, you will:
get insights into the Sales departments, structures and processes of one of the biggest automotive suppliers worldwide,
independently take care of the handling of items in our database,
participate in the controlling of our purchasing prices together with your team,
support us in the status tracking of pruchase orders and finalizations to the customer,
get to know and support us in supply chain processes,
contribute to sales analyses conducted by your team.

What you'll need

You study with a focus on business administration,
Ideally, you have technical background knowledge or interest in the automotive sector,
You use your reliable and accurate style of working to analyse and document information in the database,
You are motivated and proactive to take on challenges,
You are a team player that likes to coordinate with your colleagues regarding your tasks,
You have fluent skills in written and spoken German and English to communicate in and out of your team,
You are able to work with Microsoft Office applications to analyse and document data.
