We deliver the heart for the E2E network of the vehicles within the VW group; hence, we have to ensure systems with the highest quality and stability to excite our customers. We - as the Corporate Issue Management Team - are responsible for the central error management at CARIAD. We are looking for an expert to implement the central automated reporting and analysis for Field Data, Central (Software) Product Defect Management and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.PerfectQuality
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Definition of KPI’s for field data, (software) product defects, customer satisfaction
- Setup automated reporting which connects all necessary data sources
- Perform data analysis and trend analysis
- Communicate and explain the reports
- Act as a primary contact for the employees of error managers and external stakeholders to support them
WHO YOU ARE
- Several years of experience in data analytics and data engineering
- Experience in data analytics of field data of large car fleets and customer satisfaction surveys
- Experience in data analytics of software failure trends
- Ability to recognize dependencies in various data sources, to structure tasks and topics and track these in order to provide an essential contribution to the project transparency.
- Ideally technical project management and/or hardware/software/electronics development skills and programming languages and software technologies (e.g. Tableau, SAP-BO, Power-BI, Python)
- Good negotiation and communication skills, take into account the targets of all your project partners and lead them to optimum solutions from the overall project view
