To strengthen our continuously growing department and especially our E-Commerce Product Management team we are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) in E-Commerce

What You Can Expect

:

• own the backlog for a complex product to deliver an excellent online experience for the customer which balances strong commercial performance maintaining the prestige of hugo boss as a premium luxury brand * guide the product managers in the team on the overall concept definition for several topics in the product roadmap and take decisions on the final user experience * lead overall identification and implementation of solutions to achieve product objectives * responsible for stakeholder management across different departments in hugo boss * representative of the product inside and outside the company and work independently with all international teams to support them on strategic topics and help prioritize new requests/existing topics keeping in view the product vision your profile:
• completed relevant degree in e-commerce, digital media, computer science, economics or engineering * additional business education is a plus * several (5+) years of experience in e-commerce * experience in agile methodologies with some experience to run mid/large scale agile team as a product owner * excellent english language skills, both written and spoken * experience in working in an agile team using scrum methodologies is preferred * basics of sfcc platform (formerly demandware), confluence, jira tools and reporting your benefits:
