Job description

Configuration of our projects in PTC/Windchill
Initiate, release and monitor the internal ordering and execution process
Scheduling of main component demands according to project needs in SAP
Follow-up on not configurable options with the relevant engineering departments
Release, monitoring and adjustments of timelines throughout the project phase
Monitoring, regular actualization and adjustment of project supply timelines
Communication of supply timelines and related topics to relevant stakeholders
Coordination, synchronization of activities to avoid bottleneck situations and conflicts
Monitoring and posting of main components
As a Project Coordinator you will report directly to the Group Lead Project Coordination Center & Project Planning

Job requirements

• Bachelor- or Master Degree, preferable in industrial engineering, economics or technical education with relevant work experience
• At least two years of experience in working with SAP/R3 or similar SAP systems (ERP System SAP/R3 (MM/PP/PS/CO/SD)) and preferably also with PTC/Windchill
• Project management experience necessary
• Fluency in English and German, other languages are an added value
• Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working
• Very good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills
• Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude
