As a Playable Ad Developer, you will be responsible for creating impactful advertising straight from UNITY 3D.
Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally across our User Acquisition and Product departments to drive quality marketing assets across multiple marketing channels. With your knowledge of cognition, viewer behavior, and marketing skills, you’ll take ownership of driving our advertising efforts forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop Playable Ads experience from UNITY to promote our games on multiple marketing channels (Facebook, Google Adwords, Tiktok, Appstores, ad networks....).
• Optimize and adapt the assets based on performances (technically and conceptually).
• Develop asset libraries to optimize the production.
• Bring new ideas and canvas.
• Establish best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with UNITY 3DTechnical knowledge of mobile applications.
• You are creative and have a hacker mindset.
• You are a fast-learner.
• You have strong product and/or advertising skills.
• You have a good team spirit and are proactive.
• You are able to adapt easily to change and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Desirable skills

• Good knowledge of mobile games
• Notion in cognitive psychology
