Our women’s lacrosse team in Bremen consists of ±25 active and motivated players and we participate in the first division of the northern national league. Our skill levels vary from rookies to players with multiple years of experience. During previous (short-term) visits of European lacrosse coaches, we became aware that regular training with an experienced coach has a very strong impact on the level of our play and the development as a team. We believe that our team would strongly benefit from professional coaching with the potential to grow into a highly competitive team.

• Passion for lacrosse and experience in coaching a team with players of differing skill levels
• Reliability and commitment • 5h of coaching /week consisting of 2 trainings (2h plus 0,5h preparation)

 Preparation of drills according to the needs of the team  Development of the team skills and gameplay in preparation of the game
season • Coach approximately 8 games/season

• Very friendly group of lacrosse players with a strong team spirit • Social events with the team and with the men’s team as well as events

organized by the sports club (ATS Buntentor Bremen) • Payment of around 250 € per month • Assistance with administrative/organizational task associated with moving to

Bremen (e.g. finding accommodation, job hunt) • Bremen is a beautiful and thriving northern German city with good
connection to other cities such as Hamburg, Hannover and Oldenburg
