Job description

• Cooperation and independent management of internal and cross-disciplinary projects in the field of Project Management/ Engineering, Procurement & Construction (PM/ EPC) Excellence
• Development and support of PM processes, standards & tools to ensure Global PM/ EPC harmonization and efficiency in terms of HSE, quality, time and cost
• Monitoring and improvement of existing processes within Global PM/ EPC and with interfaces to third-party suppliers (if applicable)
• Development and implementation of measures and/or alternative processes to increase efficiency in coordination with operational, commercial and technical stakeholders within Nordex
• Support in the creation of relevant key figures and provision of decision-making bases for the management level

Job requirements

• Completed studies (economics) engineering, business administration, renewable energies or equal qualification
• First professional experience regarding process management, IT-tool implementation, data analysis, etc. requested
• Self-employed, goal-oriented and customer-oriented way of working, coupled with confident appearance
• Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills combined with intercultural competence and negotiating skills
• Strong interface awareness and interface networking in an international department
• Entrepreneurial thinking & strong end-to-end thinking
• Very good knowledge of German or Spanish and English in word and writing
• First professional experience regarding process management and tool implementation requested
