For our client, a leading multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, we are looking for a Policy Associate (f/m/d) in Berlin.

Your role:
The role will provide dynamic support to the German Governmental Affairs and Public Policy team in juggling various responsibilities and complex daily tasks with minimal guidance. To enhance team efficiency and effectiveness the role will keep track of engagements and activities and resolve operational and administrative issues.

Your skills:

• Event support (preparation, invitation management, event execution)
• Support the team in preparing and following up meetings, preparing briefings, letters, email updates, position papers
• Support administrative tasks (budget management, contracting)

Your tasks:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience providing high-quality professional project management and/or administrative support (e.g. program management, budgeting, event planning, leading projects)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-tech, international team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently and idiomatically.

Desired

• Interest in public policy and government relations.
• Experience in events planning or project management.
