Your responsibilities

• In the role of the 'Uptime Delivery Specialist' (m/f/d) you build up and run the Uptime Delivery EMEA-wide in close collaboration with the relevant business parties
• You are responsible for designing the EMEA Uptime target picture
• You develop and align the EMEA Uptime strategy
• Furthermore, you implement and continuously optimize Uptime concepts (leveraging e.g. but not exclusive: workshop repairs, preventive maintenance, field service, loaner provisioning)

through the EMEA service landscape including relevant KPI´s to steer the activities

• You provide relevant methodological and structural guidance to the Olympus subsidiaries to fulfil customer requirements regarding Uptime
• You support the 'Infocus' program to roll-out the 'Infocus' contract portfolio
• You also closely support the Medical Repair Service (MRS) activities towards reduction of door-to-door (D2D) times and act as an interface to MRS for Uptime concepts

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studiws in business informatics, business administration or engineering
• You have several years of professional experience in the In the described task area
• You have excellent communication skills including experience and ability to work effectively within a European organization across functions and cultures
• You are able to explain complex concepts and problems in simple terms with ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
• You are highly self-motivated, flexible and responsive to business needs and changes in priorities and deadlines
