Your Responsibilities:

• As a Product Specialist (m/f/d) you provide a high level remote technical support for issues escalated to European Headquarters technical team. You support internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic cooling solutions products
• You will support with resolution of warranty claims from professional channel
• In order to minimize risk of installation problems and to maintain continuity of product sales, you will be responsible for the monthly coordination with key stakeholders and European management as well as with local and centralized spare parts service organization
• You will yearly carry out product technical trainings for Chiller and support training centers by updating the training manuals and technical reviews with the new information coming from the factory
• You will support product documentation development, proofing and reviewing technical content
• Furthermore, you will support and define the process of Cloud connection and remote servicing
• Travels within Europe to factories and Panasonic local companies as window person to support product design will be the part of your duties

What we are looking for:

• Relevant technical degree in the area of Heating & Cooling or comparable
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of HVAC and especially with Chillers as technical specialist
• Knowledge of the refrigeration circuit, thermodynamics, hydraulics and electronics
• Profound technical understanding of the assigned product environment (Chiller)
• Strong command in English language. Some German would be nice to have
• Very good communication and presentation skills. Trainings conduction experience would be appreciated
• Willingness to travel within Europe (mostly Germany and Italy)
• Ability to work independently and experience of working from the home office, combined with self-organizing ability
