The Manager Reporting will be fully responsible for providing a timely reporting of P&L, revenue, balance sheet and client profitability data (actuals and budget) to all stakeholders, including CEO, CFO, COO, Publics Sapient Finance, Publicis Groupe and Industry Leads.

Key Responsibilities

Full preparation of annual company budget (P&L, cash flow, headcount etc.) and rolling forecasts
Monthly and quarterly management reporting to stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, Publicis Groupe), short term forecasts and analysis on client profitability, revenue and margins

Timely delivery of quarterly business reviews of client portfolios and actuals vs. budget variance analysis on a monthly basis
Help to ensure relevant controls are in place for financial reporting
Support the month end and year end close process and on ad hoc activities and projects within the finance team
Create reports in Hyperion Financial Management System (Oracle)

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration with focus on controlling/accounting/finance and minimum of 6 years professional experience in finance & controlling esp. project controlling and budgeting & forecasting processes (P&L, cash flow etc.)

Solid accounting knowledge with US GAAP or IFRS basics preferred
Advanced Excel skills, esp. modelling/queries/data bases
Experience with leading a small team preferred but not required
Ambitious person who enjoys working in an international fast-moving company with cross functional teams and in a flexible environment and Openness to up to date digital communication tools

Very good social and communication skills in English and German (verbal + written)
Oracle and Salesforce knowledge preferable but not required
