Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless IoT customer experience by defining, executing and supporting device and SIM-card management processes throughout the whole lifecycle of IoT solutions.
• Define & implement efficient global processes together with process experts, external partners, Global IT and development organization.
• Perform investigation and troubleshooting of issues by determining root cause to remediate issues, recover data, prioritize solutions and develop proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with market organizations across the globe for the setup, proactive training and maintenance of the respective platforms.
• Ensure the compliance with SIM-card and device management standards (incl. data consumption, cost monitoring) and continuously enhance internal processes.

Qualifications: 

• Solid experience in system management for Device Management Platforms or similar (eg. Cumulocity) and web-based application software support.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow and Google Analytics), Atlassian toolchain (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) in an agile team environment.
• Quality mindset combined with excellent communication skills, troubleshooting skills, and customer focus.
• Fluency in English and willingness for international travel.
