Job Description Position Description The Registration Advisor III (RAIII) is the first point of contact to resolve enrollment questions and make decisions as to how to manage potential student inquiries. They are also responsible for maintaining the conversion rates of the advising team. They may also help to organize recruitment events for World Education clients. They meet with potential students to discuss their application status and to provide them with information about various financial and career training programs. Advisors also meet with alumni and create networking systems to find promising potential applicants

Responsibilities

:
  • maintaining current company conversion rates, achieving assigned monthly goals, and attending all company meetings, trainings * pre-qualifies, sets appointments, calls prospective learners to offer guidance in deciding which programs, course, or funding opportunities meets their career objectives * communicate with students via email, phone, chat, and text * e-mail, social media, and live event management (as applicable) * work closely with student, career services, and client teams to ensure student success * monitoring live chat and distributing chat user information to the applicable department, chat includes registered and non-registered chat users. * establishing or re-engaging potential learners through various online or offline resources * enrolls/convert potential student to an active student. * responsible for all incoming learner, corporate, and international leads that are added to the crm requirements competencies :

completes tasks on timeor notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. minimum qualifications * minimum of 3 years work experience in career or vocational educational admissions * ability to maintain required minimum quality service metrics while maintaining communications. * strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills and ability to work in a remote environment * ability to represent the career training profession positively through a strong, student-centered ethic. * college degree required;
