YOUR TEAM

We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (HR BP) to join us at our location Mönsheim/Stuttgart or surroundings. You will be able to work from home most of the time but it would be great if you are open for office days to collaborate more easily with your team. The team is led by Onofrio Falzone, our Lead HR BP, and consist of three team members of which one is joining beginning of April 2022. The team is repsonsible for a domain called Vehicle Motion & Energy (T4).

In general, we see the HR BP as the key role of modern HR management. The role is fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and their duties. The role also helps to develop and implement better people management practices, shares the responsibility for our goals and target delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Consult and empower managers and executives on business-related HR topics
  • Control the utilization and implementation of HR instruments and processes, e.g. strategic personnel and operational requirements planning as well as personnel development
  • Responsible for all operational HR matters concerning employees of your respective business unit
  • Advice and support all employees of your business unit within the entire employee life cycle, i.e. from contracting to on-boarding until off-boarding
  • Prepare payroll accounting and statements. Maintain employee files in SAP
  • Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally

WHO YOU ARE

  • Succesfully completed degree in human resources management, business administration, sociology or a related field
  • Profound work experience as HR business partner, HR officer or HR generalist
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with multiple stakeholders on various hierarchy levels including the workers council (Betriebsrat)
  • You are a true team player and possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • You are resilient, excel in time management and are able to prioritise tasks
  • Knowledge of labour law (regulations), SAP and German is beneficial
