The domain consists of a group of IS solutions supporting various processes for global Legal and Integrity, Real Estate and Government Relations functions. The application mix consists of global and local solutions provided by vendors mostly but not exclusively according to the SaaS model.

The IS Business Analyst will be responsible for driving business analysis and requirements specification activities within the domain. Successful candidate would have a couple of years of experience in IS business analysis related roles preferably in international, multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities

• Partnering business organization in defining IS solutions supporting process improvement initiatives;
• Supporting the domain lead and service managers in demand specification, documentation and preparation for the delivery phase;
• Collaborating with enterprise architects in defining domain technology mix according to the demands raised by the business partners;
• Defining, documenting and executing domain business analysis processes according to the organization standards;
• Leading application portfolio reviews and harmonization initiatives;
• Providing project management support for the application build initiatives.

Your background

• 3+ years of experience in business or functional analysis related positions in IS delivery environment;
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or business management alternatively relevant working experience;
• Business domain specific knowledge or experience;
• Practical knowledge of business analysis standards, methodology and tools preferably confirmed by an industry recognized certification;
• Self-driven and problem solving personality with high sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Customer focused and quality driven approach;
• Team player mindset with high degree of intercultural awareness;
• Ability to operate in dynamic environment with capability to define pri-orities and negotiate functional scope;
• Will to continuously develop and build up new skills and competence;
• Fluency in English - verbal and writing;
• Knowledge of project management standards or relevant experience would be an advantage.
