Job Description JMRC Program Management Associate Valiant Integrated Services is looking to add additional support to the ATMP contract at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany. The JMRC Program Management Associate will apply contractual, host nation, and military knowledge to the multifunctional support required for the success of multiple DoD programs across the European Region. The ideal candidate will use operational expertise coupled with technical knowledge to optimize contractual performance

Summary of Duties

:

• responsible to the regional manager for all contractual requirements and management of various reports to the customer and program management team * act as liaison between the germany management office and pmo * provide hiring management and recruiting support across the program. duties will include:

resume gathering and analysis, initial qualification review, interview planning, and distribution to the hiring lead. * assist management team with contractual data and ensure all reporting is conducted in compliance across multiple contracts * serves as primary point of contact between cross-functional areas to facilitate the advancement of programs;

across the organization and utilize knowledge of organizational agility, i. e. knows
"who to go to for what"
. * ensure compliance with labor and host nation regulations * act as the retention planner for continued employee success on contracts, assess macro and micro growth plans to include staffing needs and ability to support additional work beyond standard contract requirements * collaborate with operations managers and multi-functional work teams across the jmrc organization to ensure work teams are coordinating labor requirements;

this will include labortracking and hours validation with continual loopback to operational managers and the regional manager * ensure relevant standards, processes, and regulations are upheld within host nation and contract specific standards * developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement * assist with labor tracking and audit-prep work:

utilize sme knowledge of contractual requirements to ensure customer requests are correctly evaluated to ensure capture of labor is effective, efficient and accurate * build rough order of magnitude (roms) for associate travel ensuring program and government requirements are met in conjunction with finance lead * act as valiant jmrc security operations second in charge (2ic). assist with clearance tracking and management to ensure contractual requirement compliance * assist program managers and senior staff with rfp rom proposals;

research, analysis, andquality assurance required skills and qualifications:

• experience recruiting and hiring personnel at us army bases oconus, understanding of the technical expert status accreditation (tesa) process, sofa agreement and german labor laws * be able to work independently and with minimal direction to develop templates and powerpoints in support of projects * detailed knowledge of jmrc's complex support requirements iot ensure both home station and distributed rotations are successfully planned, executed, and recovered. * excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels both within and outside the company * strong foundation of computer ms office and analytical skills * ability to self-perform with minimal guidance using intuition, knowledge, and research to accomplish assigned tasks. * active u. s. secret security clearance. desired skills and qualifications:
• knowledge and understanding of the army maintenance and logistics systems. * knowledge and practical experience in the use of u. s. military command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (c4i) systems. * fluent in reading, writing and speaking the english language, and knowledge of and experience with u. s. department of defense (dod) military mission, structure, technical standards and specifications, and american national standards institute (ansi) specifications. * german language skill is not required but is helpful * capability to interact with senior government officials representing the company in an excellent professional manner;

must be confident and have the ability to quickly understand contractual obligations qhse requirements * take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by your actions or omissions. * conform to all safety instructions given by those with a higher responsibility for health and safety. * report all hazards, potential hazards or dangerous situations, including damaged or mislaid personal protective equipment to your supervisor or safety representative. * report environmental impacts, anything that results in a change to the environment as a result of valiant's activities, products or services. * participate in the achievement of valiant'
