Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for conducting financial, operational, compliance (including J-SOX compliance) and strategic audits in each of the Company's European business units
- You will also be responsible for assessing control risks and developing recommendations for improving and enhancing the business processes, procedures and systems of the companies (including compliance with the J-SOX requirements and the standards and guidelines for assessing the internal control of the company)
- You are responsible for the documentation of the audit results according to the audit standards.
- You present the audit findings to management, make suggestions for improvement and prepare audit reports
- Documentation of the audit results in accordance with audit standards, preparation of draft audit reports and documentation of audit work for review by audit management, facilitate observation tracking and validate closure of issues, are also part of your tasks
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed a relevant degree in the fields of business administration or economics
- You have several years of professional experience in the external or internal audit department
- Experience with SOX or J-SOX audits desirable
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 60% of working hours)
