you will provide first class client satisfaction at all times in your language.

Your Profile

- You have excellent communication skills in German and you are fluent in English (spoken and written)

• You have excellent active listening skills
• You have great computer skills
• You are a supportive person, and you have an interest in providing quality customer service

• Provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand
• Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts
• Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability
