Therefore, we are looking for an

Experience Designer & Facilitator (m/f/d)

who will ideally be based in our offices in
Berlin, Hamburg, or Frankfurt.
You will be part of a global, cross-functional team and work with business, product, communications, training, change and support teams to shape frictionless, high value adoption, and service experiences.

Your main tasks & responsibilities

Experience design:

  • You will fine-tune and optimize processes and design improved experiences and journeys to alleviate friction, lower effort and increase satisfaction, ultimately improving colleague productivity

Facilitation and consultation:

  • You will work collaboratively with different functions on ways to improve our colleagues’ experience and productivity leveraging best practice design approaches
  • You will facilitate co-creation of personas, empathy maps, storyboards, workflows, and journey maps and provide facilitation and coaching to help colleagues to adopt improved experience journeys

Behavioral analysis:

  • You will analyze and understand Egon Zehnder colleagues’ behaviors, pain points and decision-making tactics and synthesize learning into easy-to-digest stories for product and business stakeholders

Mixed method measurement:

  • You will conduct user research, analyze quantitative behavioral data, and run user testing of re-designed experiences
  • You will introduce quantitative customer experience measures, including engagement, effort, and satisfaction

What you should bring

  • You have three to five years of work experience and bring a deep user-centered design expertise, applied to marketing, behavior change and/or customer service experiences
  • You combine very strong user research skills and the ability to design and run mixed method research
  • You are an excellent coach and facilitator and you have proven in the past that you can successfully guide others through design activities
  • You are fluent in English and German and bring excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • You are a strong collaborator who has worked in roles with a global scope, who feels comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of adult learning frameworks and are familiar with organizational change management and have ADKAR or similar certifications
