For our client, a worldwide famous company, specialized in internet-related services and provider of the most used web search engine worldwide, we are currently hiring a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in Berlin
Your Tasks:
- Sponsored programs and events
- Development of content and program materials, applicant and speaker outreach, coordination with vendors, preparation of the physical space and participant registration.
- Along with the Program Manager, coordination with production agencies and vendors.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants and speakers.
- Work closely with Program Managers to design and organise programs and events for the community.
- Occasionally work evening hours to support and assist with events.
- Processing all incoming requests from program attendees.
Your Skills:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar program or event management role.
- Self-motivated and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with interdepartmental teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully.
- Ability to report to multiple stakeholders, providing frequent updates and effective communication whilst managing stakeholder expectations.
- A passion for the Start-up community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Deutsch is ein Plus ;)
