Overview

:
the change management engineer will be responsible for initiation, documentation and authorisation of the change processes inside ineos. this requires a constant exchange and continuous control of the state of all actors involved. responsibilities:

• management of the change management committee. * independent preparation and follow-up of the meetings, including documentation of decisions and tracking of open topics. * cooperation with the departments ineos automotive and the engineering service provider. * work as an active member of the engineering team, ensure effective communication between colleagues and positive contribute to meetings and briefings. requirements desired experience:
• the incumbent will have a strong technical undergraduate degree in automotive engineering, other engineering or science. * 5-10 years' experience gained at either a tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive oem plus 2 years' experience in management and organization of a change management process at an oem. * experience in projects in cooperation with external service providers. * analytical and structured way of working. * good analytical skills and the ability to communicate the work results at different hierarchical levels. * english knowledge in spoken and written, german is an advantage.
