Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:
Technischer Kundensupport über unsere Service-Hotline zu allen technischen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte
Problemanalyse und Lösungsfindung am Telefon
Telefonische Notdienste an Sonn- und Feiertagen

Ihr Profil:
überdurchschnittliche Kundenorientierung
sehr gute Umgangsformen und gute Ausdrucksweise am Telefon
gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an unseren Produkten
Interesse an Problemlösungen
Freude an einer Tätigkeit in der Telefonie
Sehr gute Deutsch-, gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
Organisationstalent, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, Flexibilität, genaue Arbeitsweise
