Job Description Product System Leader Job Description We are looking for a Product System Leader, who will be responsible for the management of the Kimberly-Clark product system at Koblenz Mill. The role reports to the Mill Manager Germany, Kimberly-Clark Professional. Duties & Responsibilities * Economic and value-oriented production and processing of quality products and services (internal and external). * Administration, maintenance & further development of the assets in the area of responsibility as well as the current assets. * Optimization of plant reliability in cross-functional cooperation. * Development & implementation of strategic goals as part of the management team * Maintenance of a positive working environment to promote occupational safety, compliance with ISO requirements in quality, environment & energy, assurance of supply capability and cost efficiency. * Conformity of fixed assets with legal regulations and requirements. * Leadership & development of your team * Promotion of entrepreneurial thinking within the entire Production & Converting team Job requirements:

• Completed engineering studies and several years of relevant professional and leadership experience * Process knowledge and the pursuit of continuous improvement;

experience with Lean Management * Leadership skills, analytical and structured working methods and goal orientation * Very good written and spoken German and English skills * Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R3 * You can motivate and inspire teams across functions * You think entrepreneurially and always make decisions taking into account customer wishes
