Job Description Essential Responsibilities * Responsible to develop field execution strategies, site staffing schedules & forecasts, customer/ constructor meetings and field operation reports * Claim Management support to financial back office * Oversees the subcontracting process incl. document preparation for EHS / SGS;compliance with contract documentation * Expertise in overall field operations. Ensures process discipline on site * During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality * Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success * Using lean and digitization tools to drive optimum process discipline * Adheres all GE EHS processes and rules, safety instructions given by (local) law and BG-regulations * Manage workload and provide technical/functional leadership and expertise to direct reports or colleagues * Develop and mentor site team members * Role model attitude to foster company culture on site * In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities the future job holder will be flexible and willing to act as a representative of his/her Installation Lead, Commissioning Lead and EHS site manager in case of a temporary absence. Role Summary/Purpose Directly responsible for Field Operations on projects including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS & Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes the support during the proposal phase (ITO) through installation & commissioning until final acceptance by customer. Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college and/or an electrotechnical education e. G. as
"Techniker" or "Meister"
or equivalent knowledge / experience * Detailed experience and knowledge in leading (field) teams and proven leadership & motivation skills * Assertive behavior and ability to work under pressure * Very good communication and negotiation skills, both in English and German * EHS Advocate;
detailed knowledge about EHS & Safety regulations * Funded knowledge of MS Office and e-based tools * Funded knowledge and experience in Quality Processes. Quality awareness and ability to convince site team for same attitude * Good knowledge in reporting and documentation and analytic skills regarding technical tasks and processes * Medical capability for working at heights (G41 / G35) * Driving license cat.
