• Design and develop cross-platform Yocto-based embedded Linux software for medical and research instruments * Participate in all SDLC activities including requirements engineering and project documentation development * Mentor and coach junior developers in all aspects of cross-platform software development for embedded Linux * Contribute to the design and development of reusable Linux-based platform and middleware for the company's products Your profile:
• Several years of embedded software development under Linux and Linux-based systems * Experience with Yocto-based embedded Linux distributions * Strong software architecture design skills and expertise in UML and design tools * Hands-on experience in design and development of software platforms and reusable components * Strong knowledge and extensive experience in C/C++ programming languages including C++11/14 * Proven track record of cross-platform software development for ARMv7/8 and Intel x86-64 hardware platforms * Strong knowledge of hardware communication interfaces such as CANbus and USB * Proficiency in Python and Qt 4. X-5.X is highly desirable * Knowledge of and practical experience in Scrum-based development process and tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence What we offer:
