What You Can Expect

:
  • strategic development of the hugo boss sustainable vendor management - implementation of methods and tools for a successfull holistic sustainable vendor management in close collaboration with our procurement department - leading social compliance projects regarding optimization of working conditions, human rights within our supply chain - correspondence with external inquiries regarding social compliance and supply chain management - foster a close and supportive relationship with internal and external stakeholders - leading the vendor management & social compliance team (7 people) your profile:
  • a minimum of +3 years experience in a similar role - experience in leading a team - ability to capture complex issues and work on them conceptually and strategically - very strong anayltical and communication skills - know-how and experience wihtin vendor management, procurement, sustainability with a focus on social performance and supply chain integrity - fluent proficiency in spoken and written english and german your benefits:
