The CHALLENGE We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager DACH to join our Snacks & Confectionery Business Unit in Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa. In this role you will be reporting to the Sales Director Snacks & Confectionery EMEA, within the Sales Function. The geographical area you will be responsible for is Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Nordics. Your role will require about 80% of traveling, therefore our preference is for candidates to be based in Germany, close to international airports. This position is based from home office. This challenging opportunity is to manage and grow one of the highly strategic regions in the Snacks & Confectionery portfolio. The role is expected to maintain and grow levels of business and profitability with designated account. Responsible for directly managing head office communication and negotiations and also co-ordinating local key accounts negotiations through the regional Snacks & Confectionery sales teams. With significant opportunities for growth, it will be critical to set up a clearly defined long term strategic plan aligned to business' capabilities. Also critical to the role is ability to negotiate and communicate at a senior level within the customer. You will directly manage a sales team of 4 direct reports. Principal Accountabilities Managing a strategic growth plan for one of the most strategic regions within Amcor Engaging Sales Team and managing overall business portfolio to maximise revenues and profitability;

monitoring and reporting on critical KPI's Keeping business plans and customer strategy up to date at all times using the specific Amcor Tools Close coordination with R&D, Marketing and Operations to ensure account strategies are implemented (cross functional work) Maintaining and building the relationships with the most strategic accounts Developing DACH Key Accounts plan Focus on development of new accounts and areas to develop across DACH region Setting up the strategy and marketing orientation for the business, on short and long term basis Customer Relationship Management * Develop strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key accounts decision makers * Manage local Sales resources to implement regional strategy and deliver expected growth in DACH * Provide insight in building individual customer strategies and preparing Key Accounts negotiations and projects, participate in strategic meetings * Validate contract terms for customers * increase sales of products value and volume, increase gross contribution. Identify opportunities for new products. * Develop and implement action plans based on VOC (Voice of the Customer) feedback * Be the central point of contact between customer and Amcor concerning feedback, problem solving and requests opportunities for Amcor in the region or defined segment Achievement of sales and budget targets Agree appropriate targets per sub segment for the region Establish in conjunction with internal stakeholders new business opportunities and targets:

communicate effectivelyand transparently using given Amcor tools and programs * Continuously develop own and team sales skills via individual development (IDP) and group training * Responsible for achieving budgeted targets, including profitable sales growth, increasing customer satisfaction * Continuous improvement of KPI performance of the sales team. * Coaching and developing team to achieve target
