Global Head of Talent
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Global Head to lead our Talent function. You will report to the Global Head of HR and be a member of the Global HR Leadership team.
As the Global Head of Talent, you will oversee Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Key Talent Programs, Executive and all employees’ Learning and Development in addition to supporting our organisation in Strategic Workforce Planning & Executive succession enablement. Our ambition to continuously improve our employer attractiveness is important to our future success and the successful incumbent will help make this happen.

Your job
You Will:
- Develop Munich Re's HR talent strategy and translate it into world class impactful execution
- Steer Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, ensuring best practice methodology and global approach
- Lead our learning and development curriculum (professional, culture, leadership, digital) so that our employees can accelerate their development
- Strengthen and lead our key talent programs at the emerging, rising and senior levels globally to provide a talent and succession pipeline
- Develop, engineer and support world class strategic workforce planning and executive succession enablement which delivers upskilling and promotes career mobility across our organisation
- Integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the talent lifecycle to promote a progressive and inclusive culture
- Ensure data-driven talent decisions through metrics and surveys to measure progress and gain insight on current state and important gaps
- Maintain relationships within the Munich Re Group and networks with the industry to develop best practices
- Lead and manage our global and group-wide talent teams across the world
You Have:
- 15 years plus leadership experience in a regional or global HR role
- A track record and subject matter expertise in leading Talent in a complex, multinational, latest digital organisation
- Experience leading global, and regional teams and working across different time zones
- Previous Experience in running recruitment and development psychometric tools
- Strong organizational and transformation skills needed to produce results
- Experience transforming HR metrics into meaningful goals
- Passion for driving HR evolution through thoughtful concepts and tools
- The ability to be a team player, with a clear and authentic communication style
