Director Aviation (m/f/d) - Asia, located in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok!

Your key responsibilities

Development of the AVIAREPS’ aviation portfolio within its global network from and within Asia
Develop and self-generate leads using numerous methods including cold calls
Preparation and presentation of comprehensive and convincing client pitches
Contract negotiation and incentive scheme development with new clients
Client integration and implementation for multi-territory clients
Monitoring of all airline representation activities in the region
Strategic planning & regular reporting for top clients
Guiding and coordinating the sales and marketing managers for our airline clients
Responsibility for functional leadership and the development of our team
Lead, manage and coach sales & reservations teams across Asia
Your qualifications
Minimum 7 years' experience in aviation in South East Asia, ideally in a leading role with personnel responsibility
Extensive experience in new account acquisition and management
Great network within the travel trade and airline industry
Familiarity with all sales & distribution channels — MICE, leisure, marine, corporate, tour operators etc.
Proven commercial track record
Energetic, self-motivated, hands-on personality, willing to take initiative and inspiring their team
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Sales Force
Excellent oral and written skills in English, other languages are a plus
Ability and willingness to travel internationally
Good team skills, but also able to work independently
