Conceptor (m/f/d)
What we look for:
- Be an essential part of the campaign strategy and production at the interface between paid media, earned media and owned media
- Create and develop best-in-class digital campaigns across search, social media and other relevant channels to support the respective business goals of our clients
- Define target personas and their digital customer journey, map relevant touchpoints and develop tailored messaging
- Develop a digital media plan and allocate channel budget based on the touchpoints
- Brief and manage experts (design and content) to work on creatives for all relevant channels (SEA, Social, E-Mail, etc.)
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers and ensure that brand identity and story telling is adhered to
- Support in pitch presentations to secure further success of OMMAX
- Collaborate and work closely with the digital marketing departments within OMMAX
What we require:
- University degree in business, media, marketing, computer science or a related discipline with outstanding academic grades (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
- At least 3 years of professional experience with focus on digital campaign management
- Strong analytical mindset and technical ability, yet creative
- Structured, proactive and data-driven approach, combined with a high degree of self-motivation
- Profound knowledge of the creative landscape and a strategic understanding of how to leverage the full potential related to customer journey and digital touchpoints of different clients and their products
- Excellent skills in media planning
- Confident appearance and strong presentation skills towards internal and external contacts of different disciplines
- Absolute team player with a hands-on mentality, coupled with a strong assertiveness and interest in digitalisation
- Fluent English & German
- Very good knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
