JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Definition and implementation of a HR strategy
  • Act as a strategic Business Partner for all managers in all kind of HR related topics
  • Further development of Recruiting, HR Marketing and Health Management
  • Conception, organization and execution of workshops & training for different target groups as well as selection of external partners
  • Responsibility of all HR processes along the employee life cycle
  • Professional and disciplinary management of Salary & Payroll, Development & Recruitment and Switchboard
  • Head of Human Resources of the global FMS Group

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Business degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Business Psychology with a special focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
  • Several years of relevant experience in leading Teams
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of labour law
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
