ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supplier management, incl. Supplier Performance Review(SPR), rationalization, risk mitigation, payment terms, alternative sourcing
• Determine best sourcing based upon requirements
• RFx, should cost studies, negotiation plan, bid approval
• Partner with CMO on commercial agreements, Management and utilization of Catalog System
• BPA/CPA set-up & management (auto PO, i-Catalogue)
• Coordinate engineering changes
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field e.g. Business Administration (BA), Engineering.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of recent experience sourcing / purchasing working in an area of their specialty or related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Oracle System

PREFERRED:

• Previous experience as a buyer’s or sourcing buyer’s experience.
• Certificate in Factory Purchasing’s skill (if any)

SKILLS:

• Understanding of general business and financial concepts and principles, relating benefit strategies to Sourcing and Purchasing or Procurement business function
• Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities
