Job Description Within the department Product Sales we are looking for "Account Manager Sales (f/m/d) Self Protection Products" for Electro Optic Products with focus on Airborne Self Protection Systems. The department in general is responsible for sales and incoming orders for all Hensoldt Self Protection Equipment and Airborne Electro Optic worldwide. Your Tasks * Representation of HENSOLDT towards the customer (national, international) * Definition of sales strategies and planning of sales activities * Establishment and maintenance of close and stable customer relations * Management of the acquisition activities in cooperation with the Program and Global Sales Network * Management of all Hensoldt internal acquisition activities (including Bid/NoBid, Capture Plan, Win Strategy,. ..) * Support of proposal activities of the Business Line and pro-active follow-on activities with customer * Presentations to the customer and Management of contract negotiations with the customer * Support of negotiations with partners, sub-contractors, etc. * Active market introduction of new Self Protection products * Definition and control of sales support budget * Contribution to the Strategic and Operative Planning of HENSOLDT * Support of Business Line in product management and product definition through contribution of market intelligence Your Profile * Degree (University, Technical University) in Electrical Engineering or in Math. /Physics or similar * Solid experience in military EW and Self Protection Systems * Several years of experience in defence markets * Experience in sales activities and other customer relations * Mobility and flexibility * German and English:Fluent / Negotiation level What we offer you * Attractive location in the south of Munich with a view of the mountains * Diverse health offers and running group * Discount in the company restaurants * Financial support for childcare and Deutsche Bahn Job Ticket * Working in an innovative environment with exceptional high-tech products at the limits of physics * Attractive remuneration (in accordance metal and electrical industry tariff) * Company pension scheme * Flexible working time models (mobile working, flexitime and part-time, opportunities for sabbaticals) * Individual development and training opportunities You want to become part of a future-oriented company?
