Your Mission

Drive transformation:

Support, manage and drive the processes to refine value propositions for Smart Factory innovation; prepare business cases; facilitate implementation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)

Gather market Intelligence:

Support, review and aggregate relevant market information about start-ups, technology providers, ecosystems, business Models etc.

Provide assistance:

Support the Smart Factory Group in documentation and presentation of activities

Your Profile

Qualification:

Bachelors´ Degree in Business Administration, Business & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science

Know-How:

Interest and basic knowledge in innovation management, understanding of Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, Stage gated methods and processes; interest and experience in App and MVP development (e.g. participated in Hackathon)

Personality:

Creative and hands-on mentality, quick and outside-the-box thinker
