PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As part of the Intelligent Enterprise Group board area within SAP we are focusing on the definition and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud as the most innovative Cloud ERP solution. We support our customers’ transition to a digital economy through end to end business scenarios founded on best practices of best-run businesses.

In the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product Management unit, our team is responsible for the definition and delivery of pre-configured scenarios for Corporate Functions, which includes the Lines of Business Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Service and Marketing. As a cross-functional team we ensure that customers can consume functionality via well-defined business processes in a simple and fast way. We collaborate with customers and partners on improving our content and engage in co-innovations.

The primary locations of our teams are Germany (Walldorf), China (Shanghai) and India (Bangalore). We practice a working model across locations based on trust, shared responsibilities and empowered employees working along aligned objectives.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a talented Working Student (f/m/d) supporting our internal team for ensuring the quarterly releases of S/4HANA Cloud Content.
Support content maintenance in SAP content authoring tools
Support Process Flow creation process
Administrating SAP internal platform pages such as SAP Jam Pages
Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations
Maintain excels sheets and create excel macros
Testing of internal SAP content authoring tools
Communicating with Scenario Product Managers, Delivery Leads and other colleagues all around the world

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, Economics or related courses of study

Computer skills:
Basic Knowledge of HTML
Excellent Knowledge with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Language skills:
German: fluent German
English: highly proficient in spoken and written English

Soft Skills:
High reliability
Team Player
Good in communicating with colleagues all around the world
